- Regardless of whether they’re national or private brand manufacturer, we provide every findings related to product deficiency. We also sponsor seminars aimed for instruction manual improvements.
- In case of defective products found in the shipment of national brand products, the manufacturer must report the facts and measures to us. Concurrently, we review the whole manufacturing process at the manufacturing facility and present recommendations and requirements to prevent recurrence. In addition, we have introduced a product quality deficiency reporting program, which enabled timely and direct reporting to the Quality Control Group at the Headquarters, through a simple access to the website.
