AUTOBACS was established in Osaka in 1974 as the first one-stop shop for automotive goods and services in Japan, which has a sales floor that collects a wealth of automotive goods in one place, a large parking lot, and is installed and maintained. With a trade area of around 5km per store, the company currently operates approximately 500 stores nationwide. AUTOBACS stores are mainly located along main roads in various places, and their sales floors offer a full range of total car life services, including tires and wheels, car navigation systems, oil, batteries, accessories, and other car accessories, as well as statutory safety inspections and maintenance services, used car purchasing and sales, body repairing & painting etc.
