The Company recognizes shareholder returns as a key management priority and is committed to increasing earnings in order to provide stable and attractive returns to shareholders.
During the period of our Medium-Term Business Plan (FY2024–FY2026), taking into account the balance between shareholder returns and growth investments, our basic policy is to maintain a stable annual dividend of ¥60 per share.
In addition, as a general rule, the Company pays dividends from retained earnings twice a year, consisting of an interim dividend and a year-end dividend.
