Overview of the Collaboration

Comprehensive support from “Before the Trip” to “After the Trip”

The two companies will jointly develop and offer a package solution for local governments, DMOs, and tourism-related businesses nationwide, enabling effective promotion across all stages of the travel cycle.

  1. Inspiring travel demand before the trip through MOBILA × MAPPLE tourism data (Before the Trip)

By leveraging MOBILA’s user base along with MAPPLE’s extensive tourism data, editorial expertise, and both companies’ media assets, the initiative will disseminate attractive driving plans and tourism information. This will inspire users with a desire to visit destinations and create opportunities for travel demand before the trip.

  2. Generating visits and consumption through circulation promotion via the app (During the Trip)

Using MOBILA’s digital rally system, the initiative will encourage user circulation while clearly communicating regional attractions through MAPPLE’s tourism information. By prompting visits to tourist facilities, roadside stations, restaurants, and other locations, it will stimulate on-site consumption and generate broader economic impact in regional areas.

  3. Enabling tourism marketing for future initiatives through data utilization (After the Trip)

By combining user mobility and experience data accumulated in MOBILA with MAPPLE’s expertise, the initiative will visualize visitation trends and circulation patterns. Based on the insights obtained, it will provide a marketing foundation that supports improvements in future measures and the development of new tourism strategies.

Through this initiative, the two companies aim to create new tourism demand centered on car-based travel, strengthen collaboration with local governments and DMOs, and contribute to the development of sustainable tourism measures and further revitalization of regional economies.
