AUTOBACS SEVEN Co., Ltd.  (Representative Director & Chief Executive Officer: Yugo Horii)  has established an “Alumni Hiring Program” for former employees and began implementing it in June 2026.

 ■Background of the Program’s Introduction
In recent years, labor market mobility has increased, and it has become commonplace for individuals to gain diverse experiences to shape their own careers. Among those who have left our company, there are many who have cultivated new knowledge and experiences outside the company and achieved personal growth.
To realize our long-term vision, “Beyond AUTOBACS Vision 2032”, our Group is expanding its business domains and adapting to an increasingly diverse business environment. In this context, we view the promotion of talent with diverse values and experiences as one of our key management priorities.
Against this backdrop, we have introduced this program with the aim of providing opportunities for former employees to once again play an active role within our Group by leveraging the insights and diverse perspectives they have gained since leaving the company.

Eligibility	Individuals who have retired from the Company on reaching the mandatory retirement age or voluntarily on amicable terms, and for whom, in principle, at least one year has elapsed since their retirement
Selection Process	Document screening and interview
Assignment	Determined based on the applicant’s preferences, the company’s staffing plans, and operational needs
Compensation and Benefits	Determined based on interview results, as well as a comprehensive evaluation of the experience, skills, and qualifications acquired since leaving the company
