Backs Advance Co., Ltd. (Representative Director & President: Shuichi Komatsu), a consolidated subsidiary (sub-subsidiary) of AUTOBACS SEVEN Co., Ltd. (Representative Director & Chief Executive Officer: Yugo Horii; hereinafter, the “Company”), will open Audi Koriyama, the only authorized Audi dealership in Fukushima Prefecture, on August 1, 2026, as an authorized Audi dealer under Audi Volkswagen Group Japan K.K.

Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture—home to Audi Koriyama—is the largest city in Fukushima Prefecture, with a population of over 310,000. Our dealership is located within walking distance of the West Exit of JR Koriyama Station, making it easily accessible to local customers.

 

The showroom features the “Progressive Showroom Concept (PSC),” which incorporates Audi’s latest corporate identity (CI) and corporate design (CD) elements introduced starting in 2025, creating a simple yet sophisticated Audi atmosphere. The showroom displays six models from the latest Audi lineup and includes a dedicated indoor display area for Audi Approved Automobiles (AAA), showcasing Audi-certified pre-owned vehicles.

Two 150-kW fast chargers for electric vehicles are installed on the premises, and members of the “Premium Charging Alliance”—a charging service for Audi, Volkswagen, and Porsche EV owners—can use them 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The dealership aims to enhance convenience for EV owners while creating a space where customers can experience the Audi brand’s commitment to electrification firsthand.

 

[Grand Opening Fair]
To celebrate the opening of Audi Koriyama, we will be holding a Grand Opening Fair on Saturday, August 1, and Sunday, August 2, 2026. During the event, we will be offering select vehicles for sale (sale period: Saturday, August 1 – Sunday, August 9), as well as featuring food trucks and giving away Audi promotional items (insulated bags, tumblers, and keychains) to visitors.
