Key Points!
 ■ A rental apartment complex that brings the “BACSPOT” garage house concept to life
 ■ Features an “open-floor space” designed to  accommodate a variety of hobbies, such as road bikes, motorcycle gear, and camping equipment in every unit
 ■ Features a single, exclusive maisonette unit with an inner garage
 ■ Prime location just a 6-minute walk from “Ohashi” Station on the Nishitetsu Tenjin-Omuta Line

Our company launched its rental garage house business in 2019 with the goal of providing car and motorcycle enthusiasts with spaces where they can enjoy spending time with their beloved vehicles. Since then, we have expanded our business by acquiring “INCELL Hanahata” in Adachi-ku, Tokyo, in April 2019, developing “BACSPOT Asaka” in Asaka, Saitama, in March 2021, and constructing “BACSPOT Sagamihara” in March 2026. Drawing on the knowledge and expertise gained through these projects, we continue to plan and develop garage houses that offer new ways of living.

With “Grand Residence Ohashi concept by BACSPOT”, our newly completed residential development, we have leveraged the expertise cultivated through our previous projects to create a lifestyle-oriented residence designed not only for car and motorcycle enthusiasts, but also for people with a wide variety of hobbies and interests.

Located just a six-minute walk from Ohashi Station on the Nishitetsu Tenjin Omuta Line, the development is a mixed-use condominium comprising 15 residential units and commercial tenant spaces. Every unit features a service room with a traditional doma-style floor, which can be used as a dedicated hobby space. The residence proposes a new urban lifestyle in which residents can enjoy living alongside their cars, motorcycles, road bikes, camping equipment, outdoor gear, and other treasured possessions.

The building also incorporates a seismic isolation structure designed to significantly reduce the impact of earthquake shaking. This provides residents with a safe and secure living environment while helping protect their valuable belongings, collections, and other cherished possessions.

In addition, the building is equipped with solar panels and a battery storage system to reduce its environmental impact and promote the efficient use of energy. In addition to improving energy efficiency during normal operation, the system provides resilience by helping secure a power supply in the event of a power outage caused by a disaster. Through these features, we aim to create a next-generation residential environment that combines sustainability with disaster resilience.

“Grand Residence Ohashi concept by BACSPOT” offers a new dimension of value to urban living by bringing together the enjoyment of hobbies, a safe and comfortable living environment, and consideration for the environment.

● “Seismic Isolation Structure” reduces earthquake shaking and minimizes damage
Seismic isolation is a construction method that involves installing seismic isolation devices between the building and its foundation to prevent seismic vibrations from being directly transmitted to the building, thereby minimizing damage. This condominium utilizes seismic isolation rubber manufactured by Bridgestone.By reducing the shaking transmitted to the building during an earthquake, this system not only minimizes the load on the structure but also helps prevent furniture from tipping over and stored items from falling inside the units. It protects your valuable car accessories and hobby collections while supporting a safe and secure lifestyle for residents.
