AUTOBACS SEVEN Co., Ltd. (Representative Director & Chief Executive Officer: Yugo Horii) will conduct its “Autumn Traffic Safety Campaign” at AUTOBACS Group stores nationwide (excluding some stores) from September 21 (Monday) to September 30 (Wednesday), 2026, in conjunction with the “2026 Autumn National Traffic Safety Campaign” organized by the Cabinet Office.

In this campaign, AUTOBACS will collaborate with the stop-motion animation series “PUI PUI Molcar” and carry out initiatives designed to raise traffic safety awareness among people of all generations through the charming world of the Molcars featured in the series. The AUTOBACS Group continuously conducts free safety inspections and traffic safety awareness activities during the spring and autumn national traffic safety campaigns. By providing opportunities for customers to think about traffic safety while having fun, the Group aims to help prevent traffic accidents.

 

■ About the “Free Vehicle Safety Inspection”

AUTOBACS offers a “Free Vehicle Safety Inspection” service that checks five items at no charge: tires, batteries, engine oil, wipers, and lights. During the National Traffic Safety Campaign period, AUTOBACS will support safer and more secure car lifestyles by encouraging more customers to take advantage of these inspections.

 

In addition to same-day registration at stores, advance reservations can also be made through the AUTOBACS app and website. The inspection takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes, making it easy to use while shopping or before heading out.

■ Distribution of the “Anti-Static Shock Protection Charm” at Stores

During the campaign period, an original “Anti-Static Shock Protection Charm” will be distributed in limited quantities. This novelty item is made from recycled PVC material derived from production offcuts generated during the manufacturing process of the Company’s private-brand products, contributing to the effective use of resources. In addition, production of the item is carried out with the cooperation of Taiyo no Ie, a social welfare corporation that supports employment and work opportunities for people with disabilities. Through this initiative, AUTOBACS aims to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society from both environmental and social perspectives.
