The Oricon Customer Satisfaction® Survey publishes customer satisfaction rankings across a wide range of industries and business categories as a benchmark for selecting services and products that match consumers’ lifestyles.

For the “Used Car Purchasing Companies” ranking, an internet survey was conducted among users who had actually used such services within the past five years to evaluate their satisfaction. Four evaluation categories were established: “Staff Customer Service,” “Sales Procedures,” “Appraisal,” and “Sales Support.” The ranking has been conducted since 2012, and AUTOBACS CARS has achieved the No.1 overall ranking for six consecutive years since 2021. In addition, AUTOBACS CARS has been ranked No.1 in all four evaluation categories for four consecutive years.
