AUTOBACS SEVEN Co., Ltd. (Representative Director & Chief Executive Officer: Yugo Horii) and Big Co., Ltd. (Representative Director: Koichi Kaneko), an AUTOBACS chain franchisee, will hold the remodeled opening of Super AUTOBACS Ueda on October 17, 2026. AUTOBACS CARS Ueda, located on the same premises, will also reopen on the same day.

Under the concept of “Premium Car Detailing & Maintenance Garage,” this remodeling project enhances the store’s product lineup and facilities to serve as a maintenance hub supporting customers’ car lifestyles in the local community.

■ A Store Dedicated to Car Washing
This remodeling places a strong focus on the car wash-related category.
The car care section, one of the largest in the Tokai area within the AUTOBACS Group, offers more than 700 car care items, ranging from car wash chemicals and detailing tools such as wash brushes, polishers, and microfiber cloths to pure water systems. In addition, products from approximately 30 domestic and international brands are available to meet a wide variety of customer needs.

Furthermore, two professional hand car wash bays have been newly installed on the store premises, creating an environment that supports customers from product purchase through actual car care activities. In addition, the store has introduced a dedicated display area promoting “rinseless car washing,” which uses a specialized cleaning solution and eliminates the rinsing process.

As the name suggests, rinseless car washing does not require rinsing with large amounts of water after cleaning. This car washing method has been gaining popularity overseas as a way to reduce water consumption. It is also easy to adopt for customers who live in apartment complexes or use parking facilities without access to water supply equipment. The store aims to increase awareness of this washing method through active promotion.

■ Opening Sale and Events
To commemorate the remodeled opening, an opening sale will be held for three days from October 17 (Saturday) through October 19 (Monday), 2026. During this period, special offers will be available on automotive goods including tires and maintenance-related products.

In addition, car wash-related events are scheduled to be held every weekend through November 7 (Saturday). By providing opportunities for customers to experience the appeal of car washing and car care through not only products and facilities but also hands-on activities, the store aims to become the first place customers in the Chubu area think of when it comes to car washing.
